Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manager with up to 14 years of experience in database architecture and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SQL and cloud database solutions (AWS/Azure), along with cross-database understanding and the ability to design, implement, and execute robust database architectures. This role is designed for a leader who can ensure the effective management and optimization of database systems to support organizational needs, with a focus on cloud integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage database architectures, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Execute database projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their database requirements and develop tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of database projects, focusing on client satisfaction.
• Guide and mentor team members, providing technical expertise and support in database management and optimization, particularly in cloud environments.
• Demonstrate cross-database understanding, enabling the integration and management of multiple database systems effectively.
• Stay informed about trends in database technologies and cloud solutions to drive service improvements and strategic decisions.
• Provide technical insights for proposals and engage in client discussions to support business development efforts.

Qualifications:

• Up to 14 years of experience in database architecture and management, with a focus on SQL and cloud database solutions (AWS/Azure).
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and executing database systems, with a successful track record of optimization and management in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of cross-database technologies and the ability to integrate and manage multiple database systems.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into effective database strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in database management and cloud technologies are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in database automation and management tools to streamline operations.
• Knowledge of security practices and compliance standards related to database management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
