Assistant Account Mgr - KAM
Your role:
- Deliver commitment and ensure 100% target achievement
- Strengthen and/or develop business relation with customers and enhance their satisfaction in trading with Philips
- Structurally lead, manage, coach channel sales and deliver results according to the agreement or expectation
- Develop and execute channel vision, strategy and business plan and control the spending
- Follow divisional and departmental policy, make proper and effective deployment (including deployment, challenge and consolidation of target / forecast) within the team and feedback bottom-up voices
- Focus on selling-out results and customer stock and dedicate on continuously improving way of working
- Relentlessly improve demand forecast accuracy
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree holder with at least 5 years solid experience in sales and account management experience in B2C environment, preferably in electrical appliances or consumer electronics industry
- Aggressive, excellent team player, independent, self-motivated, responsible, be able to work under pressure, highly adaptive to change and responsive to situations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation & organization skill
- High proficiency in English & Chinese
