In Rhythm Management (RM) we offer solutions for treating irregular heart rhythms and heart failure and protecting against sudden cardiac arrest. Boston Scientific develops, manufactures, and markets a broad array of products and services that enable less-invasive care for some of the most threatening cardiac conditions. • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Respiratory Therapy, Radiology Technician or similar.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management or Electrophysiology.
• Demonstrated ability to assist surgeons in the hospital room (OR) giving technical support as part of the healthcare team and handling instruments and/or medical devices during the medical procedure.
• Availability to attend on-call procedures, surgeries, and/or needs from time to time. Willing to work with flexible shifts.
• Ability to manage high volume and high variety workloads in a deadline-driven environment with a focus on quality of patients.
• Proficiency of English language B1/ B2 level
• Availability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a highly motivated team where flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment are paramount and urgency often dictates a dynamic work schedule.
• Valid driver's license and own car required.

• Basic knowledge of Cardiac Rhythm Management and Electrophysiology is considered a plus.
• A US Visa and valid passport are considered a plus.
• Aseptic Technique Certification is considered a plus.
• Master’s degree is considered a plus.
