Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in an operations environment in Technology based companies focusing on technology based customers and agreements
- Program management experience working with external partners, vendors, and creators
Preferred qualifications:
- Problem solving experience, combined with business judgment and an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner. Ability to take initiative and independently identify action items needed in any given situation
- Ability to work in a business process extended workforce/managed services environment, with an emphasis on identifying, actioning, and optimizing for extended workforce opportunities
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to work well with sales, internal departments, and operational teams involved in the agreement making process
