What you'll do

• Ensure continuous and consistent maintenance of SAP Global Procurement Policy, Delegation of Authority and SAP Supplier Code of Conduct, matching changing requirements worldwide
• Document Management (legal contracts, templates etc.), set up/maintain GPO document library
• Support Subprocessor and Financial Services related Data Protection processes
• Execute and monitor ad hoc projects related procurement governance
• Work on concepts and implementation for improved policies
• Identify, analyze and resolve quality issues
• Work closely with Procurement and related organizations
• Work self-organized and “think outside the box”

What you bring

• University degree or the equivalent either in business adminstration, legal or a similar field
• Strong MS Office skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) in English (fluent)
• Team spirit
• Self-organized Problem-solver
• High affinity towards governance topics and policies
• Analytical and structured problem resolving approach
• Resilience to manage stress
• Open-minded and willing to drive change
• Ability to work in international teams and virtual environment
