JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Director Learning here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leadingenterprise scaled learning and leadership development initiatives for ourorganization. You will play a critical role in implementing and refreshingcomprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of ouremployees. Your expertise in large scale, global, learning strategies andinstructional design will contribute to the overall success of our workforce. You will report directly to our VP, Global Talent Management & Learning andyou'll work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid workschedule.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensiveCorporate learning and development programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to identify training needs and create customized solutions
  • Design and deliver engaging andinteractive training sessions, workshops, and webinars
  • Evaluate the effectiveness oftraining programs and make continuous improvements
  • Stay updated with industry trends andbest practices in learning and development
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 8+years of experience in learning and development or a related field
  • Experience leading change management efforts with 5,000+ participants and aglobal footprint
  • Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering successful trainingprograms
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional designmethodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
