Supply Planner

You are responsible for

• Communication towards Sales, Marketing and leadership on inventory status, DOH projection.

• Coordination with Order Management, Integrated Warehouse and Distribution regarding orders status and shipments on time.

• Risks identification and leadership for resolution, regarding supply availability.

• Communication with factories and Materials management, regarding risks assessments, supply availability and revenue impact.

• Consolidation of information for Leadership awareness and communication.

• Support on replenishment process and inbound at Distribution center level.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Education: Bachelors degree is a must. Masters is ideal. Preferred education in Business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management or CPIM.

• Minimum 2 years of work experience, specifically in runout analysis, inventory management, production analysis and logistics.

• MS Excel is a must, as well as Power BI, QLIK and SAP advanced knowledge.

• Communication, eager to improve and inspire, take ownership to deliver fast and emotions control, good work under pressure.

• Fluent English is must.

This is a Hybrid role, meaning you would need to be 3 times per week in the office, and 2 days can work from home.
