M2 – EIT SAP Financial Planning and Analysis Delivery Lead (PRG)

Within the EIT SAP Platform Team, thewill assume responsibility for partnering closely with key stakeholders in the EIT Finance Value Team to maintain a backlog of technology capabilities that enable financial forecasting requirements across all regions/divisions. They will lead the technology modernization of an existing, customized-for-purpose set of solutions that are being replaced with cloud based capabilities utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC Planning). This role also involves collaborating with strategic partners who are utilizing legacy applications in order to design and deliver new capabilities across the global Finance organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of developers who provide financial planning solutions in multiple SAP based solutions (BPC and SAC-P)

• Define overall product vision and strategy with a keen focus on value, business outcomes, and user experience.

• Follow and apply Product Model principles to maximize value delivery

• Partners with the Product Line Lead, FP&A in order to define objectives and key results for forecasting

• Partner with key stakeholders in both EIT and Finance to define a technology roadmap based upon strategic business priorities

• Collaborate with various IT teams to help ensure alignment between business needs and solutions.

• Drive release and operational support planning and execution

• Serve as primary contact point for questions on business requirements and related questions.

Desired Education Level:

• Bachelor's Degree is required. Concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is preferred.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2+ years of demonstrated technical leadership experience using Agile methodologies

• Demonstrable experience in building and supporting large scale IT solutions using modern technologies including BPC and/or SAC-P

• Leadership and management skills, with proven abilities to set direction, lead and motivate team members

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders

• Previous experience with SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning preferred

• Prior experience with finance business processes with a particular focus on FP&A preferred

• Experience managing globally distributed implementation squads preferred

• Agile and/or Product Management Certifications desired

• Proven record of excellent performance

• 3+ years working with SAP S/4HANA desired

• Life Sciences Industry experience desired

• Experience working in a collaborative, matrixed environment desired
