- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with program management, project management, and communication.
- Experience working in an enterprise application development scenario.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of experience working cross-functionally in an integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
- Experience with Agile development methodology.
- Ability to operate with energy and flexibility in a constantly evolving team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent and prepare executive level communication and articulate business or technical concepts to senior leadership.
- Passion for driving product innovation, with the ability to challenge timelines and product decisions.
