Key job responsibilities
- As a SDE on the team, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, development and launch of the core product features.
- You will have significant influence on our overall strategy by helping define these product features, drive the system architecture, and spearhead the best practices that enable a quality product.- Creating reliable, scalable, and high performance products requires exceptional technical expertise, a sound understanding of the fundamentals of Computer Science, and practical experience building large-scale distributed systems.- You manage the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and prioritization to design and delivery.
- You ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative software solutions.
- You foster a culture of excellence in software engineering practices and Agile methodologies.

- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- Experience leading the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
- Experience in professional, non-internship software development
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
- Experience in development in the last 3 years

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
