Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
9 years of experience in marketing (growth, performance, direct response, social, digital, cloud, events, etc.).
1 year of experience in people management.
Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with multi channel life-cycle marketing and variant testing (email, notifications, messaging etc.).
Experience building cross functional partnerships and managing stakeholder relationships.
Experience with Marketing Automation technology, familiarity with GenAI tools and innovations in the field of customer engagement.
Experience in building, growing, and managing teams.
Familiarity with relational databases including SQL queries, database definition, and schema design with excellent project management and communication skills.
Familiarity with Google products, particularly Google Ads.
