Qualifications:
Up to 14 years of experience in IT, with a focus on managing technology aspects of M&A, IT separation, and Data Centre/Cloud Infrastructure.
Proven experience in managing IT separation projects within M&A deals, with a successful track record of implementation and operation.
Strong communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into effective separation strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in IT separation, cloud technologies, or M&A processes are highly desirable.
