Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation of AI strategies aligned with client business objectives, risk appetite, and digital transformation priorities.
• Conduct AI maturity assessments and gap analyses to identify current-state capabilities versus future-state needs.
• Recommend actionable AI adoption roadmaps detailing quick wins, medium-term priorities, and long-term transformation plans.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders (CxOs, business leaders, IT heads) to gather insights and drive consensus on AI initiatives.
• Apply knowledge of AI/ML models, Generative AI, and Responsible AI frameworks to shape client strategies.
• Assist in architectural discussions with technical teams on AI platform selection and deployment.
• Develop reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce deployment time.
• Track and analyze emerging AI trends, competitor strategies, and sector-specific adoption patterns.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Qualifications:

• 6–8 years of experience in AI strategy development and transformation projects.
• Proven experience in AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, and Responsible AI principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI-related services; hands-on experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA or Master's in AI/Data Science is a plus.
• Certifications in AI from Microsoft, AWS, or Google are highly preferred.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience in digital transformation strategy through AI/ML and exposure to program governance and delivery frameworks.
