Technical Excellence

• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

• Ensure a seamless hiring experience while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of recruitment goals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven

• Strategic thinking with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders

Qualification:

• Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment
