Your day to day -

  • Lead design, development, and testing of features/functions delivered via applications and services.

What do you need to bring -

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline
  • 7+ years’ experience in software engineering, architecture, and/or product development experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience as a people manager.
  • Strong applied experience. You’ve built, broken, and rebuilt software applications. We’re looking for creative thinkers who also know how to create real-world products.
  • Effective management and collaboration with geographically distributed teams.
  • Proficient in back-end development using Java EE technologies.
  • Demonstrated strength at leading all phases of the product lifecycle, from setting the vision to roadmap planning, capturing requirements, project definition, execution, and operational excellence.
  • Working on problems involving scaling and innovation in fast-paced high-pressure environments.
  • Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills; able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Experience with development of scalable and distributed Java services.
  • Competent indesign/implementationfor reliability, availability, scalability and performance.
  • Competent in software engineering tools and best practices
