Key job responsibilities
As a DA Manager you will need toManage Device Associates (DA), Subject Matter Experts (SME) and will report to the Ops Manager.
Have the ability to mentor/coach DA’s, SMEs and ensure test case execution process is managed well.Manage daily floor operations, create reports, review operator/ DA performance on regular intervals and ensure productivity & quality deliverables are met.
Be responsible for performance management of all the DA’s & Auditor’s reporting to you.
Look at optimizations in the processes followed and bring about improvement in quality/ productivity.

- 2+ years of team management experience
- Knowledge of Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc.
- Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
- Experience serving as the point of contact for stakeholders
- Experience in quality assurance/testing/mobile industry/internet of things (IoT)
- Experience in People Management
