A Snapshot of Your Day:


Strategic Business Development & Market Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Samsung’s brand awareness and market share in the HVAC sector.
  • Build a consultant’s network and coverage plan, identify and develop active consultants and their projects.
  • Establish long-term partnerships with key mechanical consulting firms and contractors in the MENA region.
  • Analyze regional market dynamics, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, sales and marketing teams to create solutions tailored to customer needs.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor and develop the consultant sales team.
  • Ensure coordination between regional sales and technical teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance and decision-making support in key projects

Technical & Consultant Engagement:

  • Provide technical support and manage consultancy processes for major projects.
  • Engage with customers by creating promotion tools (seminars, trainings, technical materials)
  • Analyze project specifications and develop suitable HVAC solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry developments to maintain technical expertise.
  • Competitor and client research, identifying USP of Samsung vs competitors

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly VRF solutions, design principles and relevant standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on pre-sales, technical consulting or project engineering.
  • Experience working with large mechanical consulting firms or contractors.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Proven leadership, team management, and business development skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation andrelationship-buildingskills.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) and sales processes.
  • Ability to develop business strategies and manage projects.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of engineering and construction industry within the region
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Well knowledge of local and international codes, standards and regulations.
  • Established professional network and deep industry knowledge within the GCC region.
  • Experience of working in international and multicultural environment
