Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft productivity software including MS Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint AND using OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, or similar collaboration tools.
- 3+ years of experience with calendar management.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
- OR equivalent experience.
- Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them in a fast-paced environment, and act with appropriate urgency and flexibility with a positive attitude
- Dedicated initiative to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems independently, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail in achieving results.
- High level of effective interpersonal skills, customer service approach, and ability to maintain effective working relationships and accommodate diverse working styles
- Ability to understand the big picture and adjust direction accordingly
- Proficient in written, verbal communication skills and competent in Microsoft Office suite.
Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $28.46 - $48.80 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $39.76 - $55.67 per hour.
