Job Description
We are currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant to support Global End User Services - Information technology.As an Administrative Assistant , you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including coordinating schedules, managing calendars, organizing meetings and maintaining records. The ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and schedules for team members, including arranging appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare and distribute documents, memos, and reports as required.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
Support the coordination and organization of events and conferences, including logistics, catering, and materials.
Process expense reports and reconciliations.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by senior team members.
Learn new IT tools and capabilities introduced by GEUS for office users.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact professionally with external stakeholders.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in English and Czech is required.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional certification or education in office administration or related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
