Get insights into conflict prevention / coaching / mediation and “Ombudswork”
Work on dedicated projects and drive them to results
Take ownership, bring in own ideas, work independently and support the objectives of the Global Ombuds Office
Actively engage with an international network of SAP colleagues
Do concept work and prepare new training offerings as well as maintain existing training offerings in the area of conflict management or communication projects
Drive the promotion of the Global Ombuds Office internally and externally in English by providing materials, e.g., articles and interviews
Have the option to continue as working student after a successful internship of 6 month
Who you are:
Suitable for a student at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
You are studying preferably in the fields of psychology, Management, HR, marketing and/or communication
You are creative and skilled in Social Media, workshop and training design, and conflict management or willing to develop skills in those areas
You are speaking English fluently, additional languages are a plus
You have strong cooperation skills, you take initiative, and you are able to work independently
You are interested in working in an agile and self-motivated work environment
Being experienced in organizing and administering trainings is a plus
