Job Description

• Manage six planning entities’ (GWS, Finance, HR, IT and Sales, GA) monthly forecast and annual strategic plan process mainly for expense
• Analyze and report on actuals vs. forecast
• Partner with other departments and provide key financial insights to enable execution to plan targets
• Analyze data from different perspectives and angles to help support business decisions
• Support for global project if any

Minimum Qualifications

• Nissho bookkeeping 2nd
• 5 years + FP&A Experience
• SAP experience
• USGAAP knowledge
• Business level English
• Native level Japanese
• Self-motivating, enjoying working & learning, and team payer
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment
• Comfortable with reaching out to others and working with different levels and parts of an organization
• Good skill for communication and information gathering
