  Business Overview

  Supply Chain Management(SCM) falls under the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) and Chief Operating Office (COO) respectively within Wells Fargo. The Supply Chain global team specializes in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, procure-to-pay capabilities, timely supply chain analytics, and delivering supply solutions with acceptable third-party risk.Supply Chain also connects with our communities through supplier diversity outreach and by embedding socially responsible strategies into our sourcing processes.

  Procure-to-Pay(P2P) manages the company-wide P2P program to ensure the appropriate controls are established with suppliers and that the goods and services meet Wells Fargo’s standards of quality, service, and availability, while minimizing transactional risk.

  In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for executing and expanding data quality rhythms and create cadenced reporting for P2P Leadership.
• Support the Data Analytics and Reporting area to improve data quality related reporting and processes
• Create & maintain documentation on processes, reporting and sources & terminology used, repeatable dashboards, etc. so we can continue to drive consistency
• Centralized resource for reporting; key contact for receiving, managing, and reconciling multiple data sources
• Navigate multiple systems and applications to perform responsibilities related to dashboard preparations
• Drive Performance metrics within P2P space
• Support projects, programs, and initiatives

• Required Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or data modeling
• Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Excel, SQL and Tableau

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills
• Knowledge and understanding of reporting and supply chain management lifecycle within the financial services industry
• Experience with Supply Chain and the P2P process
• Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships.
