What you'll do:
As the S/4HANA Cloud ERP Solution Advisor (SA), you will be the go-to person for S/4HANA solution or product questions within the sales team. You will leverage your deep expertise in S/4HANA to support the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to post-sale customer support.
This encompasses:
- Providing deep solution-specific expertise to support new sales and adoption for key customers
- Providing both standard and customized/personalized solution demonstrations that bring SAP solutions to life and show customers the value of SAP.
- Supporting the Account Team by delivering solution presentations and events to identify and qualify new opportunities and drive adoption and consumption of SAP solutions
- Evaluating account qualification criteria to determine further investment in pursuing opportunities
- Establishing yourself as a Cloud ERP thought leader within the account team and fine-tune account strategy
- Collaborating with the team in creating overall themes and competitive differentiation
- Conducting vigorous dry runs on strategic deals and customer engagements
- Transitioning engagement to implementation partner/ Services teams effectively
- Engaging with customers to continue selling the vision of SAP solutions and ensure eagerness for renewal
- Leveraging digital assets throughout the customer engagement, including demos, presentations, and other content
Your solution focus:
The S/4HANA Cloud ERP Solution Advisor is responsible for:
- Advising stakeholders on best practices and strategies for Cloud ERP.
- Leading the design and architecture of scalable and robust Cloud ERP solution, including relevant LOB business suite components tailored to specific business needs and objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional sales, solution advisory and architecture teams to identify opportunities for leveraging additional LOB / business suite solutions and implement AI technologies to increase customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Analying the latest industry trends and developments in cloud ERP, Business Suite, machine learning and AI, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for the company.
- Supporting feasibility studies and analyzing reports on new technologies and architecture, ensuring their alignment with business needs.
As an S/4HANA Cloud ERP Solution Advisory Expert you will provide strategic guidance and subject-matter expertise in the design and solutioning of Cloud ERP / Business Suite solutions.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree or Masters in (industrial) Engineering / Management Science, Computer Science, Business Economics or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Cloud ERP and/or relevant LOB suite solutions, eg Finance, Sales and/or Logistics.
- Certified and/or Trained in the area of Finance for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. Knowledge of additional S/4HANA modules will put you on an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition in the area of Finance will be an added advantage
- Expertise in an Industry such as High tech, Retail, Professional Services, Manufacturing etc will be a plus
- Proven track record of implementing and successfully deploying Cloud ERP solutions and integrating LOB suite solutions in a business environment.
- Viewed as a solutions/Lines of Business/Industry expert across SAP with a track record of success
- Understanding of data and analytics, AI and machine learning, integration and application development is an advantage.
- Understanding of database technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and data platforms (SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP BW, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.) is an advantage.
- Experience in presales, technology consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role is essential, with a demonstrated proficiency in S/4HANA Finance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Exceptional communication(both in English and Dutch )and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Focus on creating compelling storylines and themes for customer interactions
- Passion and energy in all customer interactions
- Ability to drive opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives and Account Directors.

Location: this role is based in the Netherlands because of customer proximity requirements and we can only consider candidates which will not require a relocation.
