Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies related to OKRs, Backlog & Roadmap Management, and Outgoing Dependency Prioritization and Cross-Product Relationships
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated experiences driving projects requiring analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills – both written & verbal – with ability to quickly solve problems and present ideas and results to multiple stakeholders; superior verbal and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience or aptitude with project management software like Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence
- Data Analysis and reporting experience, ability to review data sets and provide concise and digestible reports for various audience
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Comfort with Microsoft suite of tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and OneDrive
