What You’ll Do- Execute Growth Strategies – Implement and optimize eater acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
- Develop & Improve Processes – Build and scale operational workflows to support sustainable business growth .
- Manage Budgets – Efficiently allocate and track promotional spend to maximize customer acquisition and engagement.
- Enhance the Product – Identify opportunities for new features that improve the customer experience , working with central teams to ensure local relevance .
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Community Operations, Legal, and Central Ops to drive long-term category success .
What You’ll Need- 2+ years of experience in analytical problem-solving ( consulting, investment banking, or hyper-growth startups are a plus).
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical skills , with a focus on data-driven decision-making .
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and visual.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications- Python proficiency for advanced data analysis.
- Experience in budget management and driving cost-efficiency for growth initiatives.
- Background in customer engagement and retention strategies .
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
