Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in design and development of systems using Azure/Cloud services like Azure Synapse Analytics, Log Analytics, Azure app services, Web jobs, Application insights and Azure app configurations etc.
  • Experience developing and managing scalable cloud services using Azure Synapse Analytics. Proven track record in delivering reliable, scalable and highly performant end-to-end solutions.
  • Hands on experience with building data queries, analytics with database technologies such as Kusto and Azure Data Lake Storage. Ability to create visualization and insights reporting with Power Bi/Grafana platforms.
  • Experience in automating and developing with Power Shell, Python, Pyspark notebooks.
  • Good understanding of information security concepts, endpoint protection security controls and prior working experience in the security domain with EDR solutions is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Leverages end-to-end technical expertise in large scale distributed systems infrastructure, code, inter- and intra-service dependencies, and operations to improve the reliability, performance, efficiency, latency, and scalability of services proactively and continuously and/or products operating at scale.
  • Work on end-to-end expose, transform & load (ETL) data integration process with Azure cloud, setting up CI/CD pipelines for security telemetry and reporting insights/trends with reporting tools, which affect Microsoft cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Read, write, configure, design, and script end-to-end service telemetry, alerting and self-healing capabilities for platforms. Author functional and technical documentation. Communicate on a deep technical level with product engineering, project management and operations teams to improve and optimize products, improve infrastructure, and evolve services.
  • Partner with engineering teams and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and convert into actionable, develop and deliver efficient technical projects.
  • Participates in on-call rotations to resolve live site incidents, minimize customer impact, and document solutions and insights that inform ongoing improvements to infrastructure, code, tools, and/or processes that prevent the recurrence of similar issues.
