- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

- Experience architecting and developing software for scalable, distributed systems.
- Experience in building large-scale infrastructure offerings.
- Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders around common goals.
- Ability to collaborate and lead projects with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate and influence the strategies for product areas.
