Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain long termcustomer relationships;
  • Establish these relationshipswhile engaging customers at all levels including senior levels of the customerorganization ;
  • Early engagement in thecustomer buying process diagnosing customers needs and tailoring solutions tomatch
    Sales Process:
  • Manages the day to day andstrategic: maintaining a balanced approach to superior customer service andstrategic account planning; quarterly results and long term account goals;
  • Identifies new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative supportby building value propositions for solutions into the account;
  • Manage and buildcustomer contacts, serving as the customer’s ambassador , “trusted advisor” andadvocate;
  • Focal point for relationship strategies, account and sales plans,proposal strategies, contract negotiations, etc.
  • Drives sales campaign and LOB strategic initiatives;
  • Plan for account growth in the long term;
  • Customers - Pursue growth through regularface to face meetings and winning new customers to enlarge the assignedcustomer base
    Existing Honeywell partnersand looking for the new ones'
  • People Management - Leverages and marshals crossfunctional company resources to address customers’ drivers and initiatives in aconsultative manner;
  • Guides and leveragesmanagement and executive sponsor interactions with the customer;
  • Leads peers by influence toensure coordination and support to pursue orders

Requirements :

  • 3+ years in equipment sales (Gas/Water distribution industry preferable).Proven track record of success in the business environment
  • 5+ years in the industry (Oil&Gas, Energy, Water) is desired. Proventrack record of success in the business environment
  • Experience operating as a sales person in an international, highly matrixorganization; multi-country management experience is a plus
  • Experience in building and maintaining relations at executive levels withcustomers
  • Experience maneuvering through complex with political agility and savvy
  • Experienced in complex sale, including early engagement in the customerbuying cycle at senior levels, building long-term strategic and executiverelationships, team selling and opportunity planning
  • Experience with planning, developing and executing sales strategies,campaigns or programs in specific markets or for specific products
  • Marketing and project management experience is desirable

  • Understand the value proposition of Honeywell and all the company has tooffer
  • Understand the strategic direction of the vertical/initiative/businessdivision
  • A well developed sense of the industry and market trends in the assignedterritory and vertical
  • Good knowledge of our customers’ businesses and drivers
  • Financial and business acumen
  • Account Management, ability to use market and marketing data to buildsuccessful accounts plans
  • Good knowledge of commercial terms, contract terms, etc.
  • Exceptional knowledge of internal sales process and systems required toprovide superb customer service
