Your key responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical competence in our capabilities and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges
• Be up to date with key technical and functional skills, and industry trends
• Support and lead certain engagement activities from planning through to implementation including identifying and helping manage any potential issues and risks during a client assignment
• Identify and flag any follow-on engagement opportunities
• Support and lead certain engagement activities from planning through to implementation
• Assist the clients in on-boarding activities
• Understand return filing software and have complete understanding on return filing aspects
• Assist the team in requirement envisaging and gathering, its documentation along with the processes and workflows required to design the IT system
• Record ‘Standard Operating Procedures’ and Business Requirement Document (BRDs)
• Assist in understanding of functionalities to the client users, demonstrate the platform and processes

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in tax and regulatory support for global mobility
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Understanding of GST compliance processes and ability to convert into an automated process step.
• Experience/ Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, problem-solving skills and analytical abilities

A post graduate degree, preferably MBA or PGDM from reputed institute, or Chartered Accountant / Pursuing CA
