Key requirements
To achieve monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets for region.
Responsible for completing scheduled and unscheduled Field Service.
Provide detailed and accurate reporting on all site visits and projects.
Service, commissioning and installation of field equipment.
Responsible for maintaining, controlling and managing a personal stockroom
Responsible for diagnosing and analyzing causes of product failures and making recommendations for improvement.
Review, report and control warranty costs
Support for agents and distributors
Actively participate in out of hours on call program.
Identify and pass on sales leads.
Key skills and qualifications
Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
2 years field service/customer facing role (essential)
Experience in Oil & Gas, Hi Tech, electronic or instrumentation industry, as a plus
Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
Electronic/Electrical/Instrumentation fault finding and diagnostic skills
Electrical installation skills and knowledge of gas detection, as a plus
Self motivated and Results driven
Proven record of strong organizational abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in Italian and at least with a basic level of English
