Job Description (Field Service Supervisor)
• The opening if for Gujarat Location.
• Supervision of services and support for complex BMS/ IBMS/Security Systems/ Life Safety Systems etc.
• Supervision of Service Projects execution, completing them inquick turnaround technically & commercially.
• Driving the customer satisfaction & supervision for theday to day service operation parameters.
• To ensure 100% compliance on Service Level Agreement (SLA),OTA & OTC by FSEs.
• Handling a team of Service Engineers on HAIL/ Subcontractpayroll.
• Managerial skills.
• Technical skills:
Required - HVAC/ BMS/ IBMS/ FAS/ Access Control System/ CCTVSystem etc.
Desired - Honeywell BMS, EBI etc.
• Achieving Order Booking, Revenue & Collection plan monthly& annually as per AOP. Skills/Qualifications: - Ability to handle a team ofEngineers on HAIL/ Subcontract payroll. - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in similar domain.

Essential - Diploma (Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/Mechanical)
Desired - BE (Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/Mechanical)Key skills & Experience (Field Service Supervisor)
- Team player, Effective communication skills, Customer facing,Result oriented & hard working
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in similar domain
