EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Responsible for the execution of tax and tax equalization payments/refunds in a timely manner for selected countries.
- Collaboration with providers and vendor managers.
- Data collection for tax returns.
- Support data exchange between local payrolls and external vendors and ensure completion of services in the area of Hypo Tax Withholding, Shadow Payroll Processing, and Taxation of Mobility Benefits.
- Central reporting and tracking case status for tax return and tax equalization results.
- Update all documents necessary for the above processes based on required changes.
- Conduct quality controls in areas of responsibility, follow-up with stakeholders and address gaps and issues that need resolution at a higher level.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a global environment.
- Time management competencies (respects deadlines).
- Attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining confidential data.
- Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to grasp complexity and end-to-end processes.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English; other language skills are an advantage.
• 3-5 years in HR or Finance.
• Preferred: experience in a customer-focused environment/ working in a Shared Service Centre.
