Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with technical program management, supplier quality, or process development.
- 2 years of experience with supplier quality, or module or mechanical parts process development in the consumer electronics industry or manufacturing field.
- Experience in watches/buds/wearable engineering, mechanical parts (enclosures), display, and audio modules development.
Preferred qualifications:
- 7 years of industry experience in the consumer electronics industry and launching new products in Contract Manufacturer or Module factories.
- Experience managing functional engineering or manufacturing teams.
- Working knowledge of quality and statistical tools and methods.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.
