Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related fieldAND 1+ year(s) work experience in relevant area of business

• Experience with direct Platform Support (Windows Workstation/Server)
• Knowledge ofActive Directory Organization and Management (OU and GPO Management)
• Systems Management Technologies (MECM, MDT, Windows Deployment Server, etc.)

- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $74,200 - $150,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $97,000 - $163,000 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Join our Cloud Engineering team as an individual contributor to build in-house solutions and applications for Microsoft Federal. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, andsoftware that meets the unique needs of our federal clients, while articulating value propositions for strategic Microsoft products and services.

• Perform imaging and configuration of the Data Transfer Workstations(DTW)for deployment.

• Follow and improve the deployment process and documentation with coordination ofData TransferEngineering team.

• ensure products meet customer requirements.

• Coordinate with Project Managersto fulfill customer hardwareinstallation requests.

• Travel to local sites to installDataWorkstationcomputers.

• Perform validation and documentation of theData Transfer Workstationinstallation at the local site.

• Monitors overall system health, performs routine maintenance, and documents / recommends new workflows for stability.

• Manages Operational System Management (through ITServiceManagement) escalation and triage asrequired.

• Complete regular maintenance on all systems/applications to include patching and vulnerability remediation and identification of end-of-life replacements.
