What you’ll do:

As a Developer Associate in our development team, you take responsibility for the following:

• Design, code, test and assure quality of complex product features via agile techniques. Resolve complex issues within own area of expertise and support others in resolving issues.
• You should have good experience in application of standard software development principles. You should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks.
• Show initiative and drive topics to resolution in a high level of quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency.
• Work closely together with others and shares expertise to ensure product success.
• Constantly improve own work methods to gain state-of-the-art agile software engineering skills. Enhances skills beyond own core functional focus and work on other tasks for the benefit of the team.
• Have fair technical knowledge and shares expertise within and across team and organization. Have advanced knowledge of development processes.

What you bring:

• B.Tech/M.Tech or a relevant degree
• 1-4 years of work experience as a developer
• Good knowledge of CDS and ABAP, SQL query
• Fair knowledge of JavaScript, UI5, FIORI programming skills
• Enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills, results-driven – you have experience working as part or leading of a well performing team with high spirit
• Good business/functional inclination and ability to quickly grasp functional topics
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills with ability to explain complex information in a clear and precise manner
• Knowledge of S/4 HANA technology stack, Manufacturing process, Object Oriented Programming, Test Driven Development (TDD) is beneficial
