Join a team of FinancialPlanning & Analysis to support finance decisions within PMT to createincreased visibility into operational strategy and performance with the goal ofdriving speed, quality, and cost efficiency. You will play a part in supportingPMT’s Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Estimate processes, as well asproviding headcount reporting. You will also develop integrated revenue andexpense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. You will create andanalyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial informationhas been recorded accurately. You will also identify trends and developments incompetitive environments and present findings to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and automate analytical frameworks for more efficient, relevant and timely reporting; drive continuous improvement in reporting and information sharing processes.
• Develop processes and systems to streamline multi-ERP weekly and monthly financial analysis.
• Support strategic business decisions through reoccurring and ad hoc financial analyses
• Manage the reporting of financial and operational performance metrics

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. Extensive experience in performing similar roles.
• 10+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or other related field.

WE VALUE

• Masters degree in Finance or CPA is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP
• Ability to present complex analysis with clarity.
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business.
• Proficient oral and written English communication
