To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and resource management principles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Visual studio).

Ideally you will also have:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) to ensure effective team collaboration.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
• Monitor project budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying potential financial risks.
• Manage resource allocation effectively, ensuring that team members are utilized efficiently and effectively.
• Identify and resolve impediments that may hinder the team's progress, including budgetary issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, budget utilization, and resource management to senior management.
