The Project Senior Consultant
-is responsible for
- The management of the complete lifecycle of a project drives the outcomes of the project as defined in the relevant contractual documents, per the agreed delivery methodology and relevant standards.
- Be responsible for driving the clean core on BTP, innovation adoption and business transformation at scale for customer
- Analyzes stakeholder as-is situation with high level of complexity, and can propose and recommend improvement options
- Possesses a deep understanding of goals, key performance indicators and processes for the service delivery organization
- Leads the execution of action plans for the resolution of stakeholder needs Business Support
- Establishes trusted relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Drives active cross-functional partnerships and frameworks to enable efficient execution (across the service delivery organization and beyond)
- Coordinates the activities of others, leads internal initiatives or programs
- Proposes process and/or tool innovations or updates to continuously improve the organizations operations
- Acts as a key contact for the business and trusted advisor on the assigned area of responsibility
- Supports development, alignment and execution of organizational strategy Continuous Improvement
- Leverages existing channels to provide input to the SAP organization to optimize internal and external offerings
- Provides feedback to processes and highlights improvement potential for SAP engagements
- Leads or champions the execution of strategic initiatives to enhance the quality of delivery and customer experience
- Performs project reviews and reinforces the enterprise knowledge management through the communication of lessons learned
Experience & Educational RequirementsThis position has a high level of responsibility and exposure within SAP, the industry, and our market leading customer. Thus, a senior professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen is needed for this challenging role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP's Digital Transformation Strategy and our Service offerings
- Strong knowledge of the strategic and operational issues of engagement management and project management.
- Ability in managing internal and external client expectations on project requirements and deliverables
- Accountable for customer satisfaction within the managed project, related schedules and deliverables
- Ensures overall customer success and satisfaction and is to be considered billable and funded via the existing delivery engagements.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change.
- Ability to deal with conflicts and contribute to their solution
- Strong writing, communication, and meeting facilitation skills
- Have knowledge / understanding of - SAP Solution Portfolio, SAP Rise Methodology, Cloud & Clean Core Strategy, SAP Lean IX, Signavio and Cloud ALM & SAP Business AI
- P&L of LoB in small to medium size organization is desirable
- Cultural awareness and experience working across different cultures and nationalities
- Good leadership and people management skills are essential
- Experience leading in matrix organization without formal authority is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- Language Requirements: English: Fluent, Tagalog : Business Level
