- Advise on the design and implementation of transfer pricing models.
- Conduct in-depth analyses and develop robust transfer pricing policies and documentation.
- Engage with clients to understand their business developments ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Quantitative and qualitative research, including functional interviews, to understand our client’s organizations in depth.
- Assist our clients in their interactions with the tax authorities (e.g. audits).
- Liaise with competent authorities in various jurisdictions to manage our clients controversy (e.g. multilateral agreement procedures, bilateral advance pricing agreements)
- Work actively together with your colleagues in the international corporate income tax and transaction tax advisory practice, and other (tax) service lines, to provide our clients with the best of EY

Job requirements –Where do you start if you want to change the world?
- Master degree, preferably in Tax Law, (tax) Economics, or Finance.
- Experience in the form of work-study or internships are a plus. In case of a senior consultant role: 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in an international tax consultancy practice.
- You have a strong command of the Dutch and English language.
- You enjoy working in a dynamic, internationally oriented environment.
- You don't wait around, but you see the work that needs to be done and take immediate action.
- You involve others constructively and clearly communicate what needs to be done and who is responsible for what.
