Key Responsibilities
- Leading transformation of processes for Europe and Americas
- Preparing and implementing standardization of the processes
- Managing E2E PTP Processes across multiple Client countries and IBM Centers
- Testing, implementing and monitoring new tools and solutions implemented
- Ensuring correctness of processes performed by different team cross-countries
- Managing and leading discussion with Senior Stakeholders
- Preparing SLAs results and presenting them to the Client
- Supporting the team with operational tasks during closing
- Preparing ad hoc reporting and analysis
- 1st point of contact for the Client related requests
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Fluency in English language C1
- Any other European language as asset
- Proven experience in managing projects/processes cross-countries and IBM Centers
- Proven experience in transformation processes
- Proven experience in leading standardization of the processes (e.g. Blueprinting)
- Proven experience in managing Senior Stakeholders
- PTP experience or financial background required
- Experience in RTR or OTC as asset
- Accuracy, diligence and commitment
- Practical advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP
- Strong customer orientation and proactive approach
- Good supplier relationship skills and team spirit
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills
- Very good analytical skills and attention to details
- Self-motivated, can prioritize tasks and set deadlines
- Well organized and proactive
