Description
Liaison between Academy teams at various sites covering technology needs, issues and projects. Manage technical cross-functional projects in the given regionMonitor all internal systems and apply the appropriate workflow when something unexpected occursManage the process of development, packaging, notarization, testing and distribution of executablesProvide weekly activity reports for various systems and services Assist the network team to monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure consisting of switches, routers and firewalls utilizing combinations of fibre optic, copper and wireless infrastructuresArchitect, test, implement and maintain new solutions to benefit services, systems and usersEnsure adherence with government policies, procedures, structure; applicable local, state and federal laws, codes, regulations and ordinances for data collection in various jurisdictions.Research, develop, implement, maintain and provide training on new networking, client management and Audio Visual technologiesConduct regular review meetings with Vendors, Clients and IT Staff Liaise closely with Academy partners to predict, plan and execute their requirements Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Key Qualifications
- 3+ years hands on team leadership / project management experience
- 5+ years macOS and iOS Support experience with experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- 5+ years Infrastructure (network and server/services) support experience, with Extreme (Aerohive) Networking Technologies a bonus
- Experience in design, deployment and maintenance of macOS and Unix Server system
- Experience in Vendor Management and external partners
- Experience with managing and maintaining Audio Visual networks and associated controllers (Crestron)
- Creative problem-solving skills and an ability to apply business logic to client computer, network and audio-visual network requirements
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented and resourceful in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work without direct supervision
