Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in structuring and delivering compelling narratives to executive audiences.
Experience as a strategic advisor, using a consultative approach to diagnose client needs and co-create solutions that drive significant, measurable business impact.
Experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, and measurement frameworks (e.g., incrementality, attribution), and understanding of the travel industry.
Ability to have a hypothesis-driven, entrepreneurial mindset and to thrive in ambiguity, navigate complex organizational structures, and work independently in a high-stakes environment.
Ability to distill vast, complex datasets into clear, actionable business strategy.
Excellent communication, presentation, investigative and quantitative skills.
