Job Description

Operations aims toexperiences with a relentless focus on improving service while managing risks, costs, and protecting product value.

10-week paidwill provide you withthe foundational knowledge on howclients’ needsYou will be exposed todiverse roles broadly focused on operational, comprehensive asset servicing management.You will receive accelerated learning and skill development througha mix ofa pathway to ourDevelopment Program upon graduation.

As an

  • Get hands-on experience working on projects thatimpactthe business such as:

  • Operations development and administration

  • Process mapping, management, and execution

  • Relationship and administrative reviews

  • Creating process efficiencies

  • End-to-end lifecycle of transaction management

  • Develop technical and business acumen through training, mentorship, and exposure to senior executives

  • Build a supportive community of peers through a variety of cohort strengthening activities such as social events,volunteer days, anddevelopment workshops

Basic qualifications:

  • Pursuing abachelor’sdegree with a target graduation date of December 2025or May 2026

  • Basic understanding of Financial/Accounting terms, concepts, and applications

  • Ability to start internship program on June 9, 2025

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong interest in finance, operations,and/or investment management

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • Strong work ethic with a proactive, flexible attitude and a desire to pitch in wherever needed

  • Developed problem solving skills and a solutions-focused approach to addressing challenges

  • Outstanding teamwork and project execution skills with multitasking capability

  • Unwavering integrity and ethics

  • Proficient in Office 365, with strong skills in Excel

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.63 - $27.50 - $30.25 U.S. Bank accepts applications for this position on an ongoing basis.
