JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Field ServiceEngineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technicalsupport and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA)business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolvingtechnical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, anddriving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence willplay a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and thegrowth of our business.
You will reportdirectly to our Site Leader and you'll work out of Bahia Blanca, Argentina. Inthis role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of ourcustomers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

• Troubleshoot andresolve technical issues for our customers
• Provide technicalsupport and expertise for our IA solutions
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
• Conduct training sessionsfor customers and field service engineers
• Stay updated withindustry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline suchas science, technology, engineering.
•Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with afocus on complex technical solutions
•Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies
•Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
•Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technicaland non-technical stakeholders
•Experience in project management and execution
•Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
