Description
- Ensure controls are in place by designing standard processes to measure success of systems, key projects and initiatives.- Leverage corporate solutions to take advantage of Apple support and corporate data warehouse.- Responsible for implementing, running and managing BPR projects assigned to this role. - Support initiatives from project launch to implementation, change management and training as required.- Craft and deliver communications that articulate the projects’ goals and benefits to the organization.- Maximize benefits of current systems, drive timely resolutions that can be utilized across the region, and follow up with key constituencies.- Identify systems enhancements based on issues detected over time.- Design and deliver ongoing training to increase understanding of systems/tools and their functionality.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven experience working on business processes and systems implementation
- Fully proficient in Database management skills (mySQL)
- Python / Bash scripting proficiency
- Experience with Pandas / Numpy / Plotly / Dash (Python packages)
- Deep knowledge of PHP programming
- Demonstrated experience with Business Objects and Tableau (Data Analytics tools / Datasource & Dashboard building)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel including Visual Basic (VBA)
- Proficient in consuming REST APIs to integrate and interact with external systems
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Strong organizational, presentation, and analytical skills
- Engineering or Computer Science degree required
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain API integrations using appropriate authentication methods (e.g., OAuth, API keys)
- Experience handling JSON and XML formats for data exchange
- Familiarity with cloud services and architectures, particularly AWS and/or GCP
- Experience with GCP services such as Google Cloud Storage, Compute Engine, SQL
- Experience with project management and project management tools (e.g. Wrike)
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
- Portuguese language skills are desirable
- Ability to work on multiple initiatives with short and overlapping timelines
- Self-motivated and self-starter with initiative to deliver results with minimal direction
- MBA a plus
