- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in technical client services.
- Experience with networking and system design of load balancers, firewalls, VPN in architecture, developing or maintaining production grade systems.
- Experience in software development, managing Windows/Linux environments, network design and deployment, databases, storage systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with customer migration, including service discovery, assessment, planning, execution and operations.
- Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
