How You Make a Difference

As our new Shop App Manager, you’ll take the lead in growing and integrating our Shop App and ePromotor (assisted sales) platforms — with a primary focus on maximizing the potential of the Shop App.
You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the growth strategy for both channels. From driving user acquisition to optimizing retention, you’ll manage the full digital funnel and work cross-functionally to embed these platforms into our broader DTC strategy. With your strong stakeholder alignment skills and hands-on mentality, you’ll turn ambition into action and measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define the growth strategy and set quarterly goals (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention)
  • Align with key stakeholders on go-to-market plans for major campaigns and product launches
  • Create and execute local GTM strategies for Shop App and ePromotor
  • Coordinate internal alignment on promotion planning and execution
  • Deliver weekly and quarterly performance reports with clear optimization insights
  • Integrate Shop App and ePromotor into broader cross-functional processes
  • Manage outbound communications during high-impact launches
  • Support Shop App UX roadmap and identify new growth opportunities
  • Coach the Shop App / ePromotor support manager on content and communications

What Are Your Assets

We also request:

  • Fluency in both English and Dutch
  • Experience in ecommerce, digital sales, or online marketing
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with a focus on execution and growth
