Key Responsibilities:

Translate business priorities into actionable media plansand performance KPIs.
Build testing roadmapsto validate creative, messaging, and targeting hypotheses.
Stay current on industry trendsand emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media acquisition.
Proven track record of driving revenue and business outcomes through paid media.
Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, audience targeting, and performance analytics.
Proficiency with media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DSPs) and marketing analytics tools.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Experience managing budgets and developing accurate forecasts.
Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to execute and optimize campaigns.
