What you’ll do
- Support the team in establishing a comprehensive Workforce and Location Management Strategy.
- Help in creating an inclusive Workforce Strategy Framework, covering all influencing and impacting aspects. Which includes understanding SAP's strategy about Headcount and needed Skill Management, talent recruiting, and Location Management, up to the formulation of strategic guidelines.
- Help in the execution of assessments, preparation of reports, presentation decks, and communication materials.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize future-oriented skill and workforce demands in alignment with SAP's strategy.
- Prepare and conduct assessments to identify locations based on knowledge and available skills, generating a holistic location and skill map
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration / Business Informatics / Computer Science / Data Science
- Computer skills: MS Office 365 (Advanced) – MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Teams, SharePoint
- Language skills: Business fluent in English, German skills preferred
- Team player: with analytical and communication skills, enthusiastic, open-minded, customer-oriented, and communicative
- Self-motivated and reliable: you show initiative and enjoy being part of a great team in an international organization
- Others: Knowledge about and interest in the latest trends in Information Technology, Analytics and Data Science and Strategic Management and modern Workforce
