Your key roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and nurture a vibrant community for SAP customers, partners, and industry experts. Facilitate continuous dialogue, best practice sharing, and collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Tailor communication strategies to resonate with diverse regional audiences. Adapt messaging and initiatives to local market dynamics while maintaining global alignment.
  • Executive Advocacy and Thought Leadership:Craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for executive leadership. Drive initiatives that showcase executive thought leadership and strategic insights.Develop and share insightful content that positions our unit’s leaders as industry authorities. Drive content strategy to influence market perceptions and trends.
  • Employee Experience:Foster a positive and informed employee experience through impactful internal communications. Align internal messaging with organizational goals and values.
  • Change Management:Lead communication efforts for change initiatives, ensuring clarity, fostering buy-in, and facilitating smooth adoption among stakeholders.
  • Safeguard Brand Integrity:Uphold established brand guidelines and ensure all communications adhere to company-wide marketing policies. Maintain consistency in messaging and brand representation across the unit.
  • Strategic Initiatives:

WORK EXPERIENCE / PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8-10 years’ experience in marketing / events/ strategy / communications or equivalent
  • Experience in fast-paced business environments
  • Strong project management with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience crafting and executing high-impact communication strategies and delivering customer events

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills at all levels
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP communication tools and platforms
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Skilled in managing communication projects and stakeholder alignment
  • Employee and executive communications experience
  • Strong storytelling skills and business acumen
  • Confident and empathetic communication across leadership levels
  • Designing and implementing complex communication plans
  • Leading internal and external events
  • Handling confidential and sensitive topics professionally
