As a Total Rewards Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives. You will be designing and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your role will involve monitoring market trends, driving the pay-for-performance culture, and fostering effective communication strategies to educate employees on the value of their total rewards packages. Additionally, you will be instrumental in managing vendor relationships, driving high-priority projects, and implementing strategies to support business growth and efficiency improvements.

In this role, you will impact talent attraction, retention, and engagement through the development of competitive compensation and benefits programs. You will ensure compliance with regulations and market benchmarks, contributing to risk mitigation and efficient financial management. Through effective communication strategies, you will foster a positive company culture, driving employee motivation and organizational performance. Additionally, your involvement in business growth strategies and expansion initiatives solidifies your role in the company's sustained success and reputation as an employer of choice.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a holistic total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives and market standards and oversee the design and implementation of selected employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, while continuously monitoring market trends and benchmarking data for program competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and stakeholders to develop effective communication and education strategies on Total Rewards.
  • Drive the implementation of high-priority projects, annual compensation cycles, and corporate initiatives, spearhead changes to improve efficiency within the Total Rewards organization.
  • Develop and execute Total Rewards strategies to support business growth, including mergers and acquisitions and expansion into new markets. Equip business leaders and HR with knowledge and capabilities regarding core compensation and benefits plans and processes.

Key skills and qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in total rewards management, with expertise in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs, history of regular interaction with senior-level executives and driving company-wide initiatives.
  • Thorough understanding of compliance requirements and market benchmarks.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive change, track record in project management and process improvement, with a focus on efficiency and results.
  • Ability to create and execute strategic plans that support business objectives and foster growth.
